Billy Bolt secured his sixth FIM SuperEnduro World Championship title at the penultimate round in Newcastle, United Kingdom.
Racing in front of a 10,000-strong home crowd at the Utilita Arena, the Husqvarna Factory Racing rider wrapped up the 2025/2026 world title in Final 2 before going on to win the overall SuperEnduro GP of Great Britain. With this achievement, Bolt equals Polish legend Taddy Błażusiak on the all-time title list.
In the Prestige class SuperPole, Bolt set the fastest time ahead of Mitch Brightmore and Jonny Walker. During Final 1, Bolt passed Brightmore to take victory, with Walker finishing second. In Final 2, Walker claimed the race win while Bolt finished third, which was enough to confirm him as world champion. With the title decided, Bolt returned to winning form in Final 3, sealing the overall GP victory after a close fight with Walker and Brightmore.
In the Junior category, Britain’s Toby Shaw delivered a dominant performance at his home round. He won all three races, claimed the overall victory, and moved into the championship lead ahead of the final round in France.
The Youth class saw 15-year-old Wojtek Walczak from Poland secure the FIM Youth SuperEnduro World Cup title. He won the overall event in Newcastle after battling closely with Britain’s Connor Watson.
The championship will now conclude at the final round in Douai, France, on March 7, where the remaining season battles will be decided.
