Helmut Marko, the longtime motorsport advisor of Red Bull Racing, is leaving the team at the end of 2025 after more than two decades.
Marko played a central role in shaping Red Bull’s success — running its driver-development program and overseeing many talents who went on to become world champions.
He said that narrowly missing out on the 2025 World Championship made him realize this was the right moment to end this long and intense chapter of his career.
Red Bull expressed deep regret at his decision, calling his departure the end of an extraordinary era.
