The Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) took part in the eMobility Expo World Congress – MOW 2026 held on March 10–11 in Málaga, Spain. The event gathered global experts and industry leaders to discuss the future of sustainable mobility and new energy technologies in transport.
FIM President Jorge Viegas and Technical & Safety Director Dominique Hébrard attended the congress and shared the organisation’s vision on sustainable transportation and its impact on motorcycle sport.
During the discussions, the FIM highlighted how technological progress in alternative energy and mobility solutions could shape the future of motorcycling and motorsport. The organisation said it wants to stay at the forefront of innovation while supporting the global transition to cleaner and more sustainable transport systems.
The congress itself brought together thousands of professionals, companies and institutions to explore new developments in electrified, connected and autonomous mobility.
