Fabio Quartararo has strongly criticized Yamaha’s new 2026 MotoGP bike, saying it currently has “no strong points at all.”
He explained that the bike is weak in several key areas, especially engine power and front-end feeling, making it difficult for him to push the bike to its limits.
Quartararo also said the team still doesn’t clearly understand the bike’s behavior, which affects performance in both qualifying and races.
Despite Yamaha making major changes to the M1 for 2026, including a new concept, the improvements have not yet worked, and the team is still behind its rivals.
He warned that Yamaha needs significant progress soon, as the current situation could lead to a difficult and frustrating season ahead.
