MotoGP Returns to Brazil

MotoGP is coming back to Brazil in 2026 after more than two decades away from the World Championship calendar.

The Brazilian Grand Prix will be held at the Autódromo Internacional Ayrton Senna in Goiânia, marking the sport’s return to South America for the second round of the season.

The last time a MotoGP race took place in Brazil was in 2004, making this a major comeback for the event and a boost for fans in the region.

The circuit has been upgraded to meet safety and racing standards so it can host modern MotoGP bikes and riders this season.

This return is part of the 2026 MotoGP World Championship calendar, which includes races in multiple countries around the world.

Fans and local riders are expected to welcome the action enthusiastically, as MotoGP hasn’t been hosted in Brazil for many years.
