Aprilia Dominates Valencia Finale

Aprilia finished the 2025 MotoGP season in the best possible way with back-to-back victories and their first 1–2 finish since 2023. Marco Bezzecchi won the Valencia GP from start to finish, while Raul Fernandez came just 0.6s behind him to secure second place. Fabio Di Giannantonio fought hard to beat Pedro Acosta for third, keeping Ducati’s long podium streak alive.

Early Drama

Before the race even began, Franco Morbidelli crashed into Aleix Espargaro on the starting grid, injuring his left hand and ending both his race and upcoming test.

Bagnaia Out & Penalty for Zarco

On Turn 4 of Lap 1, Johann Zarco lost control and hit Francesco Bagnaia, sending Bagnaia into the gravel and out of the race. Zarco received a Long Lap Penalty.

Race Progress

  • Bezzecchi took an early lead.

  • Fernandez showed great pace and started hunting Bezzecchi.

  • Acosta and Di Giannantonio fought Marquez for third.

  • Di Giannantonio eventually passed both Acosta and Marquez.

Final Laps

Fernandez narrowed the gap to within 0.3s, but Bezzecchi held strong to win.
Di Giannantonio passed Acosta late for the final podium spot.

Moto2: Diogo Moreira Makes History

Short Title:
Brazil’s First Moto Champion

Diogo Moreira became the first Brazilian World Champion in Grand Prix history, winning the 2025 Moto2 title. He finished 10th in Valencia, which was enough after rival Manuel Gonzalez suffered a mechanical problem and retired.

Izan Guevara won the race, Holgado finished second, and Ivan Ortola earned his first Moto2 podium in third.


Moto3: Adrian Fernandez Claims First Win

Short Title:
Fernandez Takes First Victory

Adrian Fernandez won his first-ever Moto3 race in Valencia after leading most of the 20 laps. Taiyo Furusato crossed second but was penalized for track limits, giving P2 to Alvaro Carpe. Furusato dropped to P3.
