The Cadillac Formula 1 team has completed the first on-track shakedown of its 2026 F1 car at the Silverstone circuit in the UK ahead of its debut season.
Mexican driver Sergio Pérez took the wheel for the initial runs, with teammate Valtteri Bottas and reserve Zhou Guanyu also involved in the session.
The team shared footage of the car’s first laps, which also gave a preview of its Ferrari-powered engine, marking a historic milestone as Cadillac prepares to join F1 as the 11th team in 2026.
The shakedown is an important step toward the official pre-season tests and the team’s competitive debut next year.
