The fourth annual Ride to FIM Awards programme continued with its second panel of 2025, focused on Sustainability, held at the IUCN headquarters in Gland, Switzerland, on November 6.
Hosted by sustainability journalist Matthew Campelli, the session aimed to inspire real, measurable actions to make sports more sustainable. The event featured experts from IUCN, UEFA, FIM, MotoGP, and AISTS, who shared insights on using sport as a platform to promote environmental awareness.
Speakers emphasized that sports organizations and federations must lead by example, integrating sustainability into their daily operations. They also highlighted the importance of education and long-term planning to ensure future generations value environmental responsibility.
