After two days and over 450 km of challenging stages, Konrad Dabrowski (Duust KTM) won the Qatar International Baja, also taking the Junior category, in the penultimate FIM Bajas World Cup round. In the quad category, Abdulaziz Al-Ahli finished ahead of reigning champion Hani-Noumesi.
Dabrowski set the fastest Prologue time, chose 10th for the first stage, and despite a navigation mistake and a rear brake problem, finished 20 minutes ahead of Philip Horlemann. British rider Alex McInnes moved up to second but lost time due to missed waypoints, receiving a 45-minute penalty and finishing seventh.
On the second day, Dabrowski led from start to finish, securing his third Qatar Baja win in four years (2022, 2023, 2025). Harith Noah and Mohammed Al-Balooshi completed the top three overall, while McInnes struggled with GPS issues.
Other results: Joanna Modrzewska was the only female finisher, Dabrowski won the Junior title, and Al-Balooshi took the Veterans award. Dabrowski’s victory highlights his strong navigation, consistent pace, and readiness for the upcoming Dakar Rally.
