A big crowd of 82,132 fans watched the 2026 FIM Superbike Portuguese Round in Portimão. It was a strong event for Ducati and their rider Nicolo Bulega.
Bulega started from pole position and led every lap of Race 2, winning by nearly two seconds — his tenth consecutive victory in WorldSBK.
His teammate Iker Lecuona recovered after a slow start to finish second, while local rider Miguel Oliveira took third place.

Other Ducati riders crashed out of contention, and Alex Lowes finished fourth ahead of Sam Lowes and Baldassarri.
In the championship standings, Bulega extended his lead, and Ducati also built a large advantage in the manufacturers’ points.
