For 2026, two new FIM MotoMini Series are joining: the Latin America Series and the Thailand Series. Both will feature races in the 160cc category, which is for riders aged 10 to 14. Latin America returns after a year off, while Thailand joins for the first time.
Each series must hold five events with at least 10 races per category. Riders in the 190cc category (ages 12–16) must compete alongside an established 160cc class.
Top performers from these new series will be invited to the MotoMini World Final, racing against the world’s best and receiving support from Series ambassadors.
These series aim to develop young motorcycle talent, creating pathways to higher competitions like the Idemitsu Moto4 Asia Cup and the Moto4 Latin Cup, eventually leading to MotoGP.
