On the opening day of the Bibione Sand Storm – round three of the 2025 FIM Sand Races World Championship – Todd Kellett (Drag’on Yamaha) dominated the Moto class, extending his unbeaten streak since 2023. He won comfortably, finishing over a minute ahead of teammate Milko Potisek, with Jeremy Hauquier in third.
In the Moto Women category, home favorite Kiara Fontanesi (GASGAS) defeated reigning champion Amandine Verstappen (Yamaha) in a tight race, with France’s Mathilde Denis finishing third.
In Moto Veteran, Fernando Rubio (Honda) led, while Evan Demeester (Honda) won Moto Junior, and Sebastien Antony (KTM) took Moto Vintage.
The Quad race saw defending champion Pablo Violet (Drag’on Yamaha) retire early, allowing Dirk Schelfhout (Honda) to claim victory and also top the Quad Veteran category, narrowly ahead of Glenn De Swarte.
