The Ride to FIM Awards 2025 series will lead up to the FIM World Champions Awards, scheduled for 6 December 2025 in Lausanne, Switzerland. Launched in 2022, the initiative celebrates world champions while addressing key topics for the development of motorsport.
This year’s program includes three panels:
-
Innovation – on 15 October at Lausanne’s EPFL Innovation Park, discussing emerging technologies, safety, and the role of FIM in bridging motorsport, academia, and industry.
-
Sustainability – on 6 November at IUCN Nyon, exploring how federations, institutions, and event organizers can reduce environmental impact.
-
Cronotech & Data Vision – on 18 November at Maison du Sport, examining how timekeeping and data visualization are transforming motorsport experiences, especially for the digital generation.
The series also features a six-part broadcast on FIM-MOTO.TV, following James Toseland’s motorcycle journey through scenic locations of Canton Vaud.
The FIM thanked Canton du Vaud, City of Lausanne, EPFL Innovation Park, Lausanne Olympic Capital Foundation, and IUCN Sport for Nature for supporting this year’s program. Registrations for the panels are now open.
