Australia Wins MXoN 2025

The 78th Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations took place at Ironman Raceway, Indiana, USA, delivering an unforgettable weekend of racing. Team Australia, led by brothers Jett and Hunter Lawrence, dominated the event, winning all three races and securing the overall victory. Jett claimed the MXGP class, Hunter won the Open category, and teammate Kyle Webster contributed crucial points despite early crashes.

Team USA narrowly beat France for second place on a tie-breaker, while France finished third. Team Netherlands’ Kay de Wolf won the MX2 class for the second consecutive year despite an injury to teammate Glenn Coldenhoff.

The event featured a dramatic opening ceremony, intense racing battles, and standout performances from riders worldwide. Key highlights included Lucas Coenen’s Fox Holeshot in Race 1, Hunter Lawrence’s consistent speed, and Jett Lawrence’s recovery after early crashes. The competition showcased top motocross talent and thrilling action for fans.

Awards were presented by FIM President Jorge Viegas and others, with individual class winners receiving the Ricky Johnson “Bad Boy Club” Award. Australia finished with 19 points, followed by USA and France at 33 points each. Riders praised the event’s excitement, competitiveness, and fan support.
