Alex Lynn secured his first-ever pole position in the World Endurance Championship (WEC) at the Fuji 6 Hours, driving the #12 Cadillac V-Series.R.
In the 10-minute Hyperpole session, Lynn posted a 1m28.236s lap, narrowly edging out teammate Earl Bamber, who recorded a 1m28.675s.
This achievement marks Cadillac’s inaugural pole in the Hypercar class, a significant milestone for the team.
Danish driver Marco Sørensen qualified third in the #009 Aston Martin Valkyrie Le Mans Hypercar, completing the top three.
