Latin America has finalized its team for the first-ever FIM Intercontinental Games: FIM Latin America has announced its team for the first-ever FIM Intercontinental Games. This event will take place on 30 November and 1 December 2024 in Jerez, Spain.

The team consists of eight riders from five countries in South and Central America. They will compete in the Supersport 300 class. The event will feature riders from six regions, including Asia, North America, Europe, Africa, and Oceania.

Kevin Santos Fontainha from Brazil, Isis Carreño from Chile, and others will represent Latin America. The team also includes experienced riders like Fabricio Zamperetti and Astrid Madrigal.

The event is part of the celebrations for FIM’s 120th anniversary. It will include races on Yamaha R3 bikes and possibly other sports like Motocross and Enduro in the future.

Pedro Venturo Jr., President of FIM Latin America, said that the team is excited and ready for thrilling races at the Jerez circuit.
