At the Bibione Sand Storm in Italy, Todd Kellett – Drag’on Yamaha – secured a narrow Moto class victory, strengthening his lead in the 2025 FIM Sand Races World Championship. Kellett overcame an early setback and overtook Cyril Genot after a strong race-long battle. Hakon Fredriksen finished third.
Reigning Moto Women champion Amandine Verstappen bounced back from Saturday’s defeat to Italy’s Kiara Fontanesi, winning the weekend overall. Camille Viaud finished third among women.
In the Quad class, defending champion Pablo Violet – Drag’on Yamaha – claimed victory after battling Dirk Schelfhout, who also won the Quad Veteran category. Fabien Michel finished third in Quad.
With three rounds completed, the series now moves to France for round four at Ronde des Sables Hossegor-Capbreton on 21-23 November.
