Australian rider Brady Kurtz achieved his fourth consecutive FIM Speedway Grand Prix victory at the DeWalt GP of Poland in Wroclaw.
Kurtz is now three points behind Poland’s five-time world champion Bartosz Zmarzlik, who finished second, while Great Britain’s Dan Bewley took third. Zmarzlik needs to finish first or second at the final GP in Denmark on September 13 to secure a record-tying sixth world title.
Kurtz becomes only the second rider in Speedway GP history to win four rounds in a row, a feat last done by Tony Rickardsson in 2005. His fourth-place finish guarantees him the GP silver medal, making him the third rider ever to finish in the top two in their debut season.
Dan Bewley’s third place moves him into third overall, securing his spot in the 2026 Speedway GP series, alongside Australia’s Jack Holder, who finished fourth.
