The 2025 FIM Sand Races World Championship resumes in Argentina with round two, the Enduro del Invierno. A forecasted storm forced Sunday’s races to be canceled, so both Moto races and one Quad race will take place today, 30 August.
Britain’s defending champion Todd Kellett leads the Moto class, five points ahead of French teammate Milko Potisek. Kellett, unbeaten last year, faces strong competition from riders including Alexis Collignon, Jeremy Hauquier, Joey Nuques, Camille Chapeliere, and Belgium’s Cyril Genot.
In the Moto Women class, defending champion Amandine Verstappen holds the lead, with Camille Viaud, Mathilde Denis, and Sara Jugla among her main challengers. The Moto Veterans and Quad classes are also expected to be fiercely contested, with local and international riders aiming for top positions.
The races begin at 11:00 local time with Moto 1, followed by Moto 2 at 14:30 and the Quad race at 16:30. Fans can follow updates on FIM social media and the Sportity app using the password FIMSandRaces.
