Mercedes Team Principal Toto Wolff has reacted strongly to criticism from rival teams about Mercedes’ 2026 Formula 1 power unit, telling them to “get your shit together” if they think their own engines are better.
Wolff says that some teams are complaining too early and that everyone should focus on developing and improving their own engines rather than making excuses.
He believes that it’s still early in the season and performance will change as teams continue testing and refining their cars, and that Mercedes is confident in its power unit.
Wolff’s message was clear: rivals should sort out their own issues on track instead of talking about others.
