Round four of the 2025/2026 FIM SuperEnduro World Championship in Budapest, Hungary, delivered thrilling racing in front of around 15,000 fans at the MVM Dome. The night clearly belonged to Billy Bolt of Husqvarna Factory Racing, who stayed unbeaten and claimed overall victory in the Prestige class.
Prestige Class
Billy Bolt once again proved he is the rider to beat. He won SuperPole, all three Prestige finals, and also set the fastest lap of the night. Although riders like Mitch Brightmore and Jonny Walker challenged strongly, Bolt’s consistency and smart riding helped him secure his fourth Prestige win of the season. Brightmore finished second overall, while Walker completed an all-British podium in third.
Junior Class
In the Junior category, Milan Schmüser from Germany continued his excellent form. Despite facing strong pressure from Spain’s Manuel Gómez, Schmüser won the overall round with consistent results. Gómez secured his first-ever race win and Stark’s first Junior victory in SuperEnduro. Schmüser now holds a 53-point lead in the championship.
Youth Cup
The Youth Cup saw Wojtek Walczak of Poland take overall victory through steady and mistake-free riding on a very difficult track. Although he didn’t win a race outright, his consistency helped him extend his championship lead to 16 points. Britain’s Connor Watson finished second overall, while young German rider Max Eppelman earned his first SuperEnduro podium.
FIM Europe Cup
In the FIM Europe Cup, Spain’s Eric Miguel dominated the night with two race wins to take overall victory. Hungary’s Norbert Zsigovits finished second in front of his home fans, while Poland’s Hubert Hyła secured third place.
What’s Next
The championship now moves to Belgrade, Serbia, for round five on February 21.
Billy Bolt said he wasn’t the fastest rider all night, but smart decisions and consistency helped him secure another perfect result. Schmüser and Walczak also shared their happiness after strong performances on one of the toughest tracks of the season.
