The FIM has officially announced the 2026 FIM Bajas World Cup calendar, which will include seven rounds across six countries on two continents. The championship will begin in late January and run through to early November.
For 2026, the series will also introduce a new logo that represents the demanding nature of Baja racing. This discipline involves long days of riding in remote and harsh environments, pushing both riders and their machines to physical and mental limits.
A major new addition for 2026 is the introduction of an FIM Team Title in the Moto category, aimed at recognising and promoting the teams competing in the championship. The series will also increase its presence on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, sharing dedicated content to highlight the championship and its participants.
The season is expected to start with the Saudi Baja from 29–31 January (dates and event confirmation still pending), followed by the Jordan Baja two weeks later.
The championship then moves to Europe for three rounds:
-
Portugal – Escuderia de Castelo Branco (10–12 April)
-
Spain – Baja TT Extremadura (19–20 June)
-
Spain – Baja Aragón (24–26 July)
After returning to the Middle East for the Baja Qatar (28–31 October), the season will finish with the Dubai International Baja from 5–8 November.
The full 2026 calendar is now available through the FIM.
