Mercedes is fully committed to its 2026 strategy after confirming George Russell and Kimi Antonelli as its driver pairing.
With Lewis Hamilton’s departure, Mercedes has centered its efforts around Russell as the lead driver, while nurturing the young Antonelli to take on a bigger role.
Antonelli, despite being just 19, has already shown promise, securing a podium, sprint pole, and solid performances.
The team plans to support him without undue pressure as he transitions into full-time F1 competition.
