Max Verstappen has suggested that Formula 1 should return to the lighter, more agile cars from the late 2000s to early 2010s era.
He believes that the current generation of heavier and bulkier cars has compromised the quality of racing.
Verstappen’s comments come ahead of the 2026 season, which is set to introduce significant changes, including smaller chassis and a 50/50 split between combustion and electric power units.
