The 99th edition of the 6DAYS® FIM Enduro of Nations began in Bergamo, Italy, with defending World Trophy champions France taking the lead on Day One. Rainy conditions made the track slippery, challenging riders as they adjusted their tires and strategies. France quickly recovered from an early third-place position to finish the day 34 seconds ahead of Italy, with Sweden in third.
In the Junior World Trophy, host nation Italy led throughout the day, finishing 43 seconds ahead of France, while Australia secured third place. In the Women’s World Trophy, the United States dominated, finishing Day One nearly seven minutes ahead of Australia, with France in third.
Individually, Spain’s Josep Garcia took an early lead overall, followed closely by France’s Leo Le Quéré and Italy’s Andrea Verona. France also claimed the top two positions in the Enduro3 category, while the United States swept the top three in the Women’s category.
In the Club Team Awards, MC Italia A led the standings, followed by BBM-Racing Time and Team Rabaconda. Competitors will continue Day Two on the same loop east of Bergamo, with racing remaining intense across all categories.
