Schumacher Suffers Double Detroit Disaster

Mick Schumacher endured a deeply frustrating Detroit Grand Prix after an early on-track collision was quickly followed by a total communications failure.

The rookie driver initially survived a chaotic mid-race crash with David Malukas, managing to keep his car moving despite suffering minor cosmetic damage.

His recovery attempt was completely derailed when his car’s onboard radio malfunctioned, leaving him with zero communication with his pit wall.

As a safety precaution, race control stepped in and officially ordered Schumacher to pit because he could no longer receive critical track directives.

The forced pit stop cost him massive time, causing him to finish a disappointing nine laps down in 21st place.
