Audi is set to run its new 2026 Formula 1 car, the R26, on track for a shakedown tomorrow at the Circuit de Barcelona‑Catalunya.
The session, part of a filming day, allows the car to cover up to 200 km while drivers Nico Hülkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto test basic systems and components.
This marks the earliest on-track outing for any 2026 F1 car, giving Audi a chance to assess performance, reliability, and setup ahead of the official pre-season testing later this year.
