The FIM and Infront Moto Racing have confirmed that the MXGP round scheduled for 26 April 2026 has been cancelled, reducing the 2026 Motocross World Championship calendar to 19 Grands Prix.
The season promises intense competition, with top riders like Romain Febvre, Jeffrey Herlings, Tim Gajser, Maxime Renaux, and Andrea Adamo in MXGP, many riding in new team colors.
MX2 will feature defending champion Simon Längenfelder and strong challengers including Liam Everts, Sacha Coenen, Mathis Valin, and the Reisulis Brothers.
The championship kicks off in Bariloche, Argentina, on 7–8 March. With 19 rounds and a strong rider lineup, MXGP 2026 is set to deliver exciting and highly competitive racing throughout the season.
